How our live chat works

The chat widget appears on every page as a small bubble in the corner. Use it for quick questions about your website, pricing or technical issues.

1. Click the chat bubble

You will see a small chat icon at the bottom of the screen. Click it to open the chat window.

2. Tell us who you are

Type your name and email or phone number so we can reach you if you go offline.

3. Ask your question

Describe your problem or project idea in a few sentences. When we are online we answer live; otherwise you will receive a reply later by email.

Online hours and offline messages

Our schedule is flexible, but we try to answer as fast as possible. You can always leave a message even when nobody is at the computer.

When we are online

Most often we are available on weekdays during the day. When you see the chat status “online”, you can expect a fast live reply.

When we are offline

If nobody is available, a simple automated assistant accepts your message, asks a few follow-up questions and forwards everything to us.

How fast we reply

We usually answer offline messages within 24 hours (or the next working day at the latest).
